Our Commitment to Quality, Freshness & Fair Business
Puneet Agro & Beverages Overseas LLP is committed to providing customers with fresh, genuine and quality-assured agro commodities, beverages and allied products. Every order is processed with due care, appropriate packaging and quality checks before dispatch.
Fresh & Quality Products
We endeavour to supply fresh, hygienically handled and quality-checked products as per the specifications mutually agreed with the customer. Product quality, grade, quantity, packaging and specifications may vary depending upon the nature and availability of the commodity.
Quality Defect / Product Complaint
If a customer receives a product with a genuine manufacturing, packaging or quality defect attributable to us , the customer should inform us within the agreed complaint period. Relevant photographs, videos, batch details and other supporting information may be required for verification.
Replacement & Repurchase
After verification of a genuine quality issue, we may, at our discretion and as commercially appropriate, provide replacement, repacking, repurchase, refund/cashback or suitable adjustment against the affected quantity.
Better Quality Commitment
Our objective is to continuously improve our products, packaging and processes. Where replacement is approved, replacement material will be supplied in accordance with the agreed specifications and applicable quality standards.
International Packaging & Freight
For international/export orders, special export packaging, containerisation, documentation, freight, insurance, customs, port charges, duties, taxes and other applicable logistics costs may be charged separately or included in the quoted price. The applicable arrangement will be specifically mentioned in the commercial quotation or proforma invoice.
Pricing & Commercial Terms
Prices are based on prevailing commodity costs, processing, packaging, transportation, market conditions and applicable taxes. The company reserves the right to revise quotations until an order is formally confirmed.
Fair & Sustainable Margin
We follow a fair and commercially sustainable pricing policy , maintaining a reasonable minimum operating/profit margin to ensure consistent quality, reliable supply, professional service and long-term customer relationships.
The applicable price will always be as mutually agreed in the final quotation or invoice.
Clear & Transparent Export Arrangements
International orders can involve additional requirements related to packaging, documentation, freight, insurance, customs, port handling, duties and taxes. The applicable commercial arrangement will be clearly specified in the quotation or proforma invoice for the particular order.
Inspect Your Goods at the Time of Receipt
Customers are encouraged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and communicate any shortage, visible damage or quality concern within the applicable complaint period.

- Claims arising from improper storage or handling may not qualify for replacement or refund.

- Normal characteristics of agricultural commodities may vary and may not constitute a product defect.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruption, war, epidemic, port restrictions or other unforeseen events.
The Agreed Order Documents Govern Each Transaction
The quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, sales invoice and mutually agreed specifications shall form the basis of each transaction.
In case of any difference, the specific commercial terms agreed for that particular order shall prevail.
